The School Management Committee formed under Section 21 of the RTE Act — its members and its role.
As required under Section 21 of the Right to Education Act, 2009, the school has constituted a School Management Committee (SMC) comprising elected representatives of parents, teachers, the management and the local authority. The Committee monitors the school's working, prepares the school development plan and oversees the utilisation of grants.
